Scar Tissue by Anthony Kiedis

This is one I don't recommend. Anthony Keidis is a lifelong jackass. And a privileged one at that. Abusive of women, friends, his bandmates and, of course, drugs. I read all the way through hoping for a redeemable quality or epiphany. 

There were none.

It's not entirely his fault, for sure. His father was a Hollywood hangers-on and supplier of drugs to various actors and musicians. 

I've always been a fan of the Red Hot Chili Peppers, including to this day, but that no longer stretches to include Anthony Kiedis the man.
