In my interview on the Writers Fix Problems podcast, hosted by NY Times bestselling author Blaine Pardoe, Blaine pointed out that I had employed a few "Easter Eggs" here and there that he really enjoyed. Friendship Games has been selected to Chanticleer Reviews CLUE Book Awards Long List for Suspense/Thrillers. It's a long list, hence the title. Next up is the Short List (and then the Finalists).
I am well under way with book 3, tentatively titled Daddy Broke the World. If you've read Friendship Games, then you'll know where the working title comes from. I am okay with sharing the working title because it will more than likely change, and probably more than once. It already has.

Friendship Games is officially an award winner (Gold, Silver, or Bronze Medal) by the Military Writers Society of America (MWSA). I am kind of over the moon; this is a first for me.
